Marc then goes on to explain how selective licensing for landlords should be implemented more holistically instead of a hit-and-miss approach that many councils across London are currently using. With many insights on how licensing policies can be made more efficient and effective for landlords, Marc also elaborates on the need for reverse licensing or a registry created for tenants. Many tenants tend to hide or conceal information about past non-payments and evictions. If tenants can have information about good or bad landlords, it is only fair that landlords have similar information about tenants. What do you think?
