Meet our Property management team

A qualified lawyer (she studied Law with French Law) at UCL, Simran began her career working for a city firm specialising in commercial real estate, before joining Benham and Reeves in 2006. During this time, Simran has put systems in place to streamline administration, enabling the company to compete effectively with much larger organisations. As a result, the company’s property management department has grown substantially – in 2006 it managed 885 rental homes whereas today the department manages nearly 2000 properties for clients, including a growing number of overseas clients.

Today, Simran and her team handle all aspects of property management, ranging from organising repairs to advising on legal issues and keeping clients updated about new legislation.

Greg joined Benham and Reeves in 2015 and following a promotion in December 2018, is now head of the management department. Greg has a very hands-on approach to property management and believes that the key to delivering good service to both landlords and tenants is effective communication and organisation. Delivering processes across the department that underpin these two components, Greg considers his organisational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure to be key attributes for his role. In his spare time, Greg enjoys playing football and running.

From tricky maintenance issues to deposit disputes, our property management team can all rely on Lisa’s calm, considered and professional approach to any problem. As a senior department manager, she is closely involved with building an effective team as well as helping to resolve day-to-day issues. Lisa firmly believes that addressing concerns in a logical, organised, yet friendly manner is the best way to build lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants. An avid animal lover, Lisa likes to relax by going on regular walks with her two dogs. She also likes to socialise with friends and family and is a keen theatre-goer.

Adept at both client-facing communication and troubleshooting, as a Department Manager, Tracey supports the department, working where there is the most need. Her extensive lettings and management experience spanning 25 years enables her to resolve challenging problems quickly and efficiently. A dedicated runner, outside of work Tracey participates in relay triathlon events and enjoys regular pilates sessions. She’s also a keen skier, gardener and cook.
In his role as Property Manager, William is responsible for liaising with landlords and tenants over maintenance and repair work, and carrying out property inspections. In his spare time, he's a keen footballer.
Chris joined the company in 2010 and in his role handles maintenance enquiries for properties in the City and Imperial Wharf. He carries out property inspections, deals with payments to contractors and also manages property refurbishments. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, cooking and music.
With over 12 years of lettings and property management experience, Katrina brings a wide range of skills to her role, managing a portfolio of properties in Kensington.

She has a flair for problem solving, invaluable when dealing with the diverse issues involved in property management, which can range from organising emergency repairs to handling deposits and returns. Katrina enjoys liaising with tenants and landlords and gains real satisfaction from helping to ensure that tenancies run smoothly.

Outside work, Katrina enjoys watching films, particularly thrillers, and is an avid reader.
Tamae has lots of property management experience having worked previously for our Japan Desk. Born and raised in the UK, she also lived in Japan for many years, giving her exposure to both cultures. She has a University Degree in Architecture which adds value to her role in the property sector. She is a keen traveller and has visited over 100 cities and is hoping to visit many more.
Anna previously worked in the sales department of a Japanese advertising company where she learned about building strong customer relations through effective communication skills. Well organised and motivated, Anna enjoys the challenges of working in a cross-cultural environment which includes liaison with landlords based in the UK, Japan and various overseas countries. Anna greatly values the strong team ethic of the Japan Desk and looks forward to maintaining the high level of customer service that Japanese corporate tenants routinely expect. Passionate about food and travel, Anna also likes to read and practise yoga.
Akino has good communication and diplomacy skills having worked for a Japanese insurance company for a number of years. She is fluent in English and Japanese and is a good communicator which is appreciated by our Japanese tenants and landlords. The UK way of living is different to living in Japan so Akino takes time to ensure our Japanese tenants get settled quickly into their London rental properties. To relax, Akino likes to enjoy café culture and exploring the UK’s rich culture and history.

Yuzuka graduated from University with a bachelor's degree in Global Japanese Studies and her career experience includes working as a co-ordinator at a design company in Osaka and a Japanese language teacher in Tokyo and Europe before coming to the UK to work in the services sector. Yuzuka enjoys looking after the properties she manages ensuring that everything is maintained to the standards expected. To relax after work, she enjoys travel, watching movies and keeping fit.

With over 10 years’ property management experience, Tanya is used to liaising with landlords and tenants and seamlessly handles any issues which arise during a tenancy. She has excellent organisational and problem solving skills, invaluable in her challenging role which involves managing luxury residential blocks.

Outside work, Tanya is fascinated by astronomy and also enjoys travelling.

Having worked as a Property Manager for the past 5 years, Denisa is a confident and well organised individual who can handle many situations and portfolios with professionalism and proficiency. Denisa rents a property in London, therefore, she knows what landlords and tenants are expecting from us as their managing agent. A good people-person, Denisa spends her social hours with friends attending the theatre, cinema, going for walks in the park and long weekend getaways.

In his role as a Property Manager, Christopher is responsible for the Imperial Wharf area. He has been working in the property industry for over a decade, with experience in lettings, sales and property management. He excels in anticipating landlords' expectations and providing an exceptional service with a personal touch. He has a flair for problem solving in order to ensure a stress free tenancy for landlords and tenants.

Outside work, Christopher loves to immerse himself in the world of literature and to spend quality time with his wife and children.

In her role as a Property Manager, Sylvie looks after our Hampstead properties, responsible for addressing maintenance and property related issues that arise. With over 10 years’ experience of working in London property, Sylvie is detailed oriented and organised aiming to provide the best possible service to our growing tenant base.

Outside of work, Sylvie enjoys hot yoga, reading, and global travel.

As Property Manager, Mehrnaz is responsible for resolving customer complaints, addressing maintenance issues and insurance claims. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and worked in banking before moving to the property sector six years ago. She is passionate about delivering a good service to the landlords and tenants she interacts with every day. Outside of work, she enjoys Jazz and Classical music, socialising, travelling and meditation.

Whether dealing with general requests from tenants and last minute emergencies, as well as assisting in the starting and ending of tenancies, Miles enjoys a challenge and providing solutions that keep tenants happy in their rental homes. As a people's person, this is a great job for Miles who understands that good communication is essential in his role. He is also very organised and has a spreadsheet for everything. Spending time with his family is his priority outside of work and taking full advantage of the great arts and culture that London has to offer.

Zhou is an enthusiastic member of the China Desk property management team currently responsible for new build properties belonging to our growing base of Chinese landlords. He also looks after all maintenance issues and liaises with contractors to ensure our Chinese tenants have a good experience. A native Chinese speaker, Zhou has an undergraduate degree and Masters in Law which comes in handy for his role that requires attention to detail and good negotiation skills. In his spare time, Zhou unwinds at the gym, likes swimming and table tennis.

Claire enjoys her busy role that involves a lot of problem-solving and regular communication with tenants, landlords, agents, tradesmen and contractors. She is a good listener and has an eye for detail which is essential to her role as Property Manager. Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies and participating in community outreach programmes run by her local church.

Alina works as a Property Manager, looking after tenant maintenance issues, booking contractors and dealing with deposit returns. She has a strong attention to detail and is patient which comes in handy when dealing with many different tenants queries and the challenges they provide. For relaxation, Alina likes to work out at the gym and meet up with friends over a home-cooked meal.
Coco’s main role is to provide effective property inspections and she is multi-lingual, speaking English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) which benefits our many Chinese speaking clients. Her strong customer service skills help her provide a seamless service for managing maintenance works and general liaison. In her spare time Coco likes to travel with hiking a particular favourite pastime.

One of Kayleigh's strengths is striving to provide the best level of service she possibly can, utilising her good communication skills and understanding what the needs are, then meeting them is her priority. With an 11 year career history working in the industry, Kayleigh has developed good conveying skills and has a keen eye for spotting maintenance issues before they arise. Experienced at assisting with large-scale refurbishments which she really enjoys, Kayleigh also likes to spend relaxation time working out, watching movies and passing the time with her loved ones as well as shopping!

Yukun is an enthusiastic member of the property management team, he is currently responsible for liaising with tenants regarding maintenance and repair works. Born and raised in China and a native Chinese speaker, he has lived his adult years in the UK, giving him good exposure to both British and Chinese cultures. Yukun has a University Degree in Architecture and a Masters in Real Estate Asset Management which provides a valuable backdrop for his role now. In his spare time, he likes to go to gym, play table tennis, playing the piano and photography.
Konszuela has a varied role adeptly juggling lots of maintenance deadlines which she really enjoys, making good use of her strong problem solving skills. With good analytical and multi-tasking abilities, she is good at prioritising and enjoys helping people, so being a property manager is an ideal role for her. Outside of work, Konszuela enjoys outdoor sports, trips to the theatre, discovering architecture, fine dining and exploring different cultures.
Max’s role as a Property Manager comprises handling tenant maintenance issues, liaising with landlords, dealing with deposit deductions and returns. With good analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, Max is organised and enjoys providing solutions for the different types of tenant maintenance queries that crop up day to day. Outside of work, he enjoys trying out new cuisines, playing tennis and badminton and travel.
Francesca’s day is quite varied with oversight for tenant maintenance, booking contractors and ensuring works are carried out according to schedule. A good communicator with a strong attention to detail, Francesca is known for being well organised and a good problem solver. Outside of work, she enjoys socialising with family and friends, travelling and trying out world cuisines.
Well used to managing multiple properties at once, Joyce’s role is fairly routine but important, liaising with landlords and tenants for maintenance works, generally maintaining properties and making sure repairs are done promptly.  Joyce works hard to maintain positive relationships with tenants and our contractors and has good negotiating skills. After work, Joyce likes to socialise with friends and with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and health care, she possesses good empathic skills which comes in handy at the weekend when she volunteers in the community where she lives.

Ajay manages a number of properties overseeing their maintenance and repairs and is the first point of contact for tenants and landlords within his portfolio. A good problem solver who is always happy to help, Ajay has good attention to detail and enjoys being part of a team. For relaxation, he loves to play squash, eat good food take in renaissance art and going to the opera.

George likes to ensure that landlords and tenants under his care are well looked after and he works hard at developing good working relationships. Being organised and patient are key skills that George has gained during his property career and he really enjoys helping people and going beyond their service expectations. To relax, George enjoys reading fantasy literature and has a keen interest in ancient history, art and wellness.
William’s role involves carrying out property inspections and he is multi-lingual, speaking English, Spanish and Chinese (including Cantonese, Mandarin and Southern Min) which benefits our numerous international clients. With a degree in International Politcs under his belt, William is naturally curious and solution orientated with good communication skills, all of which he draws upon in his day-to-day responsibilites. To relax after work, William is a lifelong Leicester City fan, enjoys watching football matches, travel, photography and spending time with his dog, a Shiba Inu.
With a four-year background working in the hospitality sector, Ana started her property management career as a receptionist and was quickly promoted to property manager. As a quick learner, deft with administration and good organisations skills, Ana’s role involves dealing with maintenance bookings, tenant deposits and managing day to day queries that present themselves. It’s a role she enjoys and as a good communicator, Ana works hard to manage expectations of tenants and our landlords. Outside of work, Ana is an enthusiastic aerialist, and you can regularly find her on a hoop, learning new tricks on the flying trapeze!
Chloe manages a large portfolio of properties overseeing their maintenance and repairs and is the first point of contact for tenants and landlords within her portfolio. A good problem solver and always happy to help, Chloe is very organised and enjoys being part of a team. For relaxation, Chloe enjoys reading, going to the gym and spending time with family and her dog.
Adrian provides administrative support for four Property Managers - an extremely busy and varied role. He is an experienced Administrator and has worked for the company since 2010. In his spare time he enjoys football, music and movies.
Abbas has been working at Benham and Reeves since 2012. He began as an Administrator and has now been promoted to the position of Property Administrator. His responsibilities include arranging viewings and property valuations and dealing with utility bills, service charges and ground rents on behalf of landlords.

"Football is a big passion of mine and I spend a lot of my spare time watching it," says Abbas. "I also love watching movies. And when I can, I love to travel and visit different countries and find out more about their people and culture."
A degree in marketing and a passion for customer service enables Lida to play a vital role as part of our busy administrative property management support team. From processing bills to communicating directly with suppliers and tenants, she always seeks to go the extra mile in order to provide appropriate solutions and positive outcomes. Outgoing and sociable, Lida enjoys travel, music and visiting London’s many art galleries.
