The team at Benhams provide an excellent fully managed service for me as an owner renter of an apartment at Kew Bridge. A particular call out and thank you for Claire Greenwood and Konszuela Beringye who always go the extra mile to provide great customer service during tenancies and also in the transition phase between tenants, which can sometimes be a challenge. These ladies have looked after my rental for years and not only are they proactive but if something does go wrong (e.g. a piece of new furniture required or a service issue) they are on it swiftly and read more effectively to resolve and keep all parties happy.

Benham & Reeves is the greatest agency I've dealt with in London out of all of others. From the time the leasing agreement was signed until check-out, everything was really efficient and seamless.
