We are not ones to write a review usually, but we felt obliged to write a glowing review for the incredibly efficient and professional services we received from Benham & Reeves, as overseas landlords for a property in a large new build development in Central London. First, B&R assigned a contact person for us in Hong Kong so that we are not liaising constantly late into the night with UK. Second, the most surprising element, from the time we considered and agreed our letting terms with Benham & Reeves (over 4 days), they already found us tenants for our property, and this happened even 1 day before we completed our property purchase! This must be a record speed in finding tenants at 1 day before completion of property purchase and the tenants then moved in 8 days after completion of the property!

Very professional agency, nothing to do with the average agency in London. They answer very quickly to any doubts or problems you may have, and they are always very helpful. I just started my contract with them so I cannot add any review about the end-of-contract process.
