Our team of property specialists in Malaysia had hosted a successful London Property Advice Clinic at EQ Hotel Kuala Lumpur where prospective London homeowners were briefed on property & ownership by-laws.

Melvin Koh, Director of Benham & Reeves Malaysia, shared a seminar on the differences between investing in properties in Kuala Lumpur compared to London. Also present was a senior associate at Riseam Sharples Solicitors, who was also able to share her knowledge on the latest UK policies for foreign home ownership.

Besides that, representatives from the Malaysian banks were present to advise guests on the financing options available. In conjunction with the event, Benham & Reeves Malaysia also featured a new West Hampstead project developed by Gamuda Land and Astir.
