Property industry comes together to recognise achievements

As one of London’s largest independent letting and sales agents, we’re used to setting a high standard when it comes to the Capital’s rental and sales markets and our family-run business has been upholding these standards for well over 60 years.

We specialise in a tailored, end to end service for homeowners and property investors from the sale or letting of a property, to property management, tax accounting, snagging, refurbishment and furnishing solutions and we do it from 20 branches across London and a further eight international offices in mainland China, India, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, the Middle East, Singapore and South Africa.

But while our expertise is well-known all over the world, sometimes there’s nothing better than a little recognition at home and we’re delighted to say that we were recently voted as the UK’s Best Letting Agent at the Property Reporter Awards 2022!

Designed to reward excellence, innovation and commitment to the property industry, the inaugural Property Reporter Awards ceremony took place on 31st March this year with the focus on celebrating change in what has been a very different two years for the industry as a result of the pandemic.

The awards looked to reward those who had innovated, developed and explored new ways of operating during the pandemic, supporting landlords, developing technology and offering above and beyond services to the industry in a challenging landscape.  On the night, our Director, Marc von Grundherr, attended the high profile award ceremony and was delighted when Benham and Reeves scooped one of the biggest awards of the night – Best Letting Agent.

“This award has been testimony to the efforts of our team across every single one of our offices” said Marc. “A team that has dug deep during testing times to ensure that the cogs of the London property market kept on turning, utilising our existing assets while adapting to new challenges to service both domestic and foreign demand for London sales and rental properties.
