It’s only right we start with last years’ champions: Chelsea. The South-West London club stormed to the title last season, and although you might think the reason behind their success was because of Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho (a former tenant of ours), we think the real reason is down to all the premier properties in Chelsea and surrounding areas.
