Part of an £8billion regeneration project, White City Living is being built by UK developer St James, part of the Berkeley Group and when it completes, there will be 1,800 new homes set within 8 acres of parkland and gardens.

Benham and Reeves have just opened an estate agent branch here, providing lettings and sales on-site so we can be on the spot for our clients.

Despite a very difficult 12 months, we’ve still let the first stage of completions in short time frames and at good rentals. These are all long-term rentals with landlords opting for full property management by Benham and Reeves. 95% of our corporate tenants will not rent a property unless there is professional property management in place.

For one beds, we have been achieving up to £600 per week and 2 beds up to £800 per week.

There are some key global businesses nearby including some notable corporate headquarters in Hammersmith which provide a constant stream of rental enquiries.

In addition, our Japan Desk has strong demand from Japanese professionals who like the Zone 2 location and on-site amenities.

Such is the demand by people to make White City Living their home, that at the moment on average we receive 16 applicants for every available property
