London’s fastest growing letting agency to open its 15th office

Benham & Reeves Estate Agents has opened its fifteenth branch, its second new branch opening this year. The agent – which specialises in corporate rentals – is now in the midst of an ambitious expansion plan that sees the firm open branches on-site in some of London’s groundbreaking property developments while continuing to serve the wider area.

The latest branch is located at St George’s Kew Bridge scheme, a Thames-side destination development featuring over 500 luxury apartments with river views, a public piazza, 24 hour concierge, secure parking and a residents’ gym.

The Kew Bridge branch is the latest for Benham & Reeves Lettings making them one of central London’s largest independently owned letting agents. Over the past year, the firm has opened branches in Surrey Quays, Wapping and Fulham Reach in Hammersmith. Each new office is situated within landmark developments to better serve both landlords and tenants. While many of the instructions will come from overseas investors via their four international offices, the branches will continue to take on instructions for both period and new build properties within the wider areas.

The new office will be overseen by Nick Hubbard who has previously covered the Kew area from the Ealing office. Two additional members of staff will be based at Kew Bridge. The office will offer both lettings and property management plus ancillary services such as furnishing packages and refurbishment for older properties.
