Widya has a pedigree career in International Residential behind her since 2009, with a proven track record and experience in providing expert advice to Asian based clients looking for residential investment opportunities in various markets. Widya specialises in London property and also has vast residential knowledge in other parts of the world; namely Japan, Switzerland, USA, Portugal and Germany.
Before joining Benham & Reeves as the Head of Hong Kong SAR, she spent 12 years at JLL , where her last role was the Head of International Residential in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Widya's expansive knowledge has helped deliver highly successful residential project marketing campaigns which she brings to her role at Benham & Reeves. In her new role as Head of Hong Kong SAR, Widya oversees our diverse, multilingual sales and leasing teams tasked with looking after our Hong Kong SAR and China clients. Apart from heading up the team in Hong Kong, Widya is also responsible for emerging markets in Asia such as Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia. Her dedication and energy to providing excellent customer service ensure that our clients' investment requirements continue to be fulfilled from under one roof.

Bringing her extensive experience in international property acquisition and deep a understanding of the specific needs of Thai investors, Soraya brings a wealth of skills to our Thailand operations. Her focus is consulting with Thai investors on sales and lettings of residential property in the UK. Soraya’s expertise speaks for itself, with previous experience gained working with a Singapore public listed company on UK property business development, where she was involved in multiple London property acquisitions for hotels, residential and commercial buildings worth over £100Million. With an Honors Degree of BArch from King Monkut’s Institue of Technology Ladkrabung in Bangkok, and an MA in Design Studies from Central Saint Martins in London, Soraya had practiced as an architect with one of the UK renowned companies for 3 years before shifting her career to property investment and real estate which is now her passion.
A seasoned professional with hospitality and real estate expertise, Prechanan has a proven track record of success in fast-paced, international environments where she has honed her skills in managing international properties, particularly in the UK and Japan. Her career experience and sound knowledge of global real estate markets has enabled her to develop strong business relationships and provide lasting results to property investors. Her passion for excellence and results-driven approach make Prechanan a valuable member of our Thailand sales and lettings team.
