Central to British politics and home to some of London's iconic landmarks, Westminster is surrounded by grand government buildings, tourist-packed streets and diverse communities. This district is located within a short walk of London's finest green spaces, such as St. James's Park and Green Park. Nearby majestic structures include Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, The National Gallery, Westminster Abbey, Tate Britain St John's Smith Square and the Houses of Parliament.

The transport options are exceptional for travel further afield. The Jubilee, District, Circle and Pimlico Lines connect commuters to the rest of the city within minutes. Victoria and Waterloo Stations are best for direct connections to national rail services. Beyond its tourist-centric areas, Westminster is home to a quieter, more residential side. Elegant Georgian and Victorian townhouses, contemporary apartments and discreet mews homes are tucked on Queen Anne’s Gate and Lord North Street. Prestigious educational institutions such as Westminster School, St Matthew’s CofE Primary, University of Westminster and the Royal Academy of Music cater to students of all ages.

Residents enjoy the luxury of having local amenities just around the corner, including world-class theatres, independent boutiques and a thriving food scene. Coveted dining spots such as The Cinnamon Club offer a fusion of British and Indian cuisine in a stunning setting. The Regency Café is known for its quintessentially British menu.

The regeneration of neighbouring Victoria, a central transportation hub, further brings new energy into this area's property market and draws global buyers' interest.

Describe yourself in three words: Patient, energetic, technological.

What do you like to do at the weekend? I love gadgets so I'll probably be playing with some of my favourites. I also love travelling, especially discovering new places. I like to cook and play football. I like variety.

If you could live anywhere in London, where would it be? I really like mansion blocks and period conversions so I would pick St Johns Wood or Hampstead as these are more villagey locations.
Where do you live? I’m currently living in North West London.

What do you like most about working in the W2 area? I like how bustling it is, and there is always something lovely to look at from handsome Georgian and Victorian houses to slick high-rise new-build apartment buildings that stand out on the London skyline.

Tell me something about your career? I spent some time in commercial buying for one of the big four supermarkets but property has always been a passion so I decided to change career and I become a Lettings Negotiator. I really enjoy meeting people and working in such a reactive sector where things change daily.

What are your passions outside work and how do you relax? I am especially passionate about classical civilisation and the arts, so in my spare time you will find me going to exhibitions and the amazing museums London has to offer, as well as playing football and keeping myself fit and healthy.
Where do you currently live? In North West London.

What do you like most about the West End area? During sunny days it’s great to sit in Hyde Park and people-watch or just take a walk in such a beautifully maintained Royal park. I also fine the architecture in Mayfair captivating, so I do take time to look upwards to enjoy all the different period styles that exist side by side here.

Tell me a little about your property career & experience? I have worked as a property administrator in sales and lettings for several years. I thrive in a busy environment where there is a lot to organise, so making sure that homes are ready for new occupancy is always a priority for me.
