Located in Southwest London, Wandsworth offers stunning views of the Thames and the Wandle rivers. The area is home to beautiful open spaces, such as the 170-acre Wandsworth Common and the Grade II-listed Wandsworth Park, providing the perfect setting for scenic walks and family picnics.

Proximity to fashionable neighbourhoods such as Fulham, Chelsea, and Wimbledon make Wandsworth an attractive destination for investors and homebuyers. Here buyers can seek more affordable housing stock compared to central London’s expensive Zone 1 neighbourhoods.

Wandsworth is also a hub for regeneration, with projects such as the transformation of Battersea Power Station in Nine Elms and the Winstanley and York Road Masterplan driving significant investment. One example of these modern developments is Wandsworth Mills by Berkeley's St George, which promises stunning views of the Thames.

Transport links in Wandsworth are excellent, with access to central London by road, rail and river, making the area popular amongst working professionals and students. While Waterloo is just 15 minutes from Wandsworth Town Station on the South Western Line, East Putney and Southfields are the nearest Tube stations.

Families are also drawn to Wandsworth for its highly-rated schools, including Harris Academy, Ashcroft and Sheringdale Primary School. Property demand in the area has grown, with prices rissing by 3% annually, and rents rising by 8.5% in the past year.

From classic Edwardian and Victorian family homes to brand-new, waterfront developments for modern homebuyers, Wandsworth offers property buyers a wide range of options. As local property experts in the area, we have a branch nearby in Nine Elms that you can contact for all your property needs.
