Where do you live? I've lived in Ealing all my life.

Tell us about your career? I've worked in lettings since I was 19 and am ARLA Propertymark qualified with the NAEA (NFOPP) qualification. I've been with Benham and Reeves since 2006 and was previously Manager of the Knightsbridge office. Before that I was a Negotiator at the Kensington office.

Tell us something interesting about yourself? I once spent a year travelling around SE Asia, Australasia, the USA and Mexico where I met some very interesting people and learnt a lot about different cultures, it was a great life experience.
Where do you currently live? I’m enjoying living in West London at the moment, there is always lots to do and see here.

What do you like most about the Kew area? As an area, Kew is so much more than just the Botanical Gardens it’s most known for. There is a strong community here and lots of different kinds of properties. There are also some lovely restaurants and cafes here and in Brentford too, which has undergone a lot of transformation in the past 5 years.

Tell me a little about your property career? I have worked in residential lettings in West and South West London for the last couple of years. I love working in the property industry and really enjoy helping tenants find their perfect rental home.

What are your passions outside work and how do you relax? I enjoy fine dining and travelling.
Where do you currently live? I’m currently living in West London.

What do you like most about the Kew & Brentford areas? I’ve spent a lot of time in both of these areas growing up, and have always loved The Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew, which is beautifully maintained and especially great if you are a nature lover.

Tell me a little about your property career & experience? I’ve worked in the property industry for just over a year now, which has been very interesting. It’s given me some great opportunities to interact with tenants and landlords and really grow my service skills.

What are your passions outside work and how do you relax? I love art and enjoy painting pieces in my spare time. I also enjoy reading and find it very relaxing.
Where do you currently live? I live in West London.

What do you like most about Kew & Brentford areas? I really like how the old meets the new, where historic buildings sit next to modern ones. It’s a pretty setting, with Kew right by the River; very family friendly with lots of restaurants and independent cafes that provide a welcoming feeling when you set foot inside them.

Tell me a little about your property career & experience? I’m quite new to the property sector and am fortunate to be working with experienced colleagues who are helping me further my knowledge, interest and experience in the field. I really enjoy working with people and the negotiating role.

What are your passions outside work and how do you relax? Keeping fit is important to me and I do like to go to the gym after work. I’m quite sociable so my weekends are usually full of activities and meeting up with friends. I also like to travel when I can.

Where is your favourite part of London? I was brought up in Islington so would have to choose Angel and surrounding areas such as the City and Shoreditch.

Tell us a little about your career I have been working within the property industry for 15 plus years, covering several sales sectors with specialism in new build sales. Since joining Benham and Reeves as an  investment consultant, I have progressed to sales manager of new homes and resale properties in residential developments, working closely with our international offices and a growing roll of domestic and international investor clients.

Tell us an interesting fact about yourself I love to run and have run half marathons and marathons in the past.
What does your role as negotiator entail? Maintaining trust is a really important part of my role. I always give 100 per cent to all parties involved in the sales process and I think buyers and vendors appreciate this.

What are your key skills and what do you like most about your role? Working in the property industry for several years now has given me a very good understanding of what peoples’ needs are. I’m a good listener and I can speak a few different languages which comes in very handy when helping our international clients.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I’m a keen footballer and also like walking my dogs and being around nature.
Where do you currently live? I enjoying living in the TW7 postcode, very near Kew.

What do you like most about the Kew & Brentford areas? You can’t not like Kew Bridge with the amazing views up and down the River, it’s so serene here. I also like all the different types of architecture here where the old meets new, and its very family-friendly too. Nearby Kew Gardens is a glorious place to relax and enjoy nature.

Tell me a little about your property career & experience? I started my property career straight after finishing my A levels. I’ve worked in West London ever since, and really enjoy meeting new people every day. I find working in the property sector very enjoyable and getting to help sell local housing stock is a real pleasure.

What are your passions outside work and how do you relax? Football is my main sporting obsession, I’m an Arsenal fan and also try to play two to three times a week. I also enjoy gym workouts and spending time with friends and family.
What is your favourite part of London? Covent Garden for its buzz, the market and stunning architecture, it’s such a hidden gem.

What key skills do you bring to your role at B&R? I have worked in the property industry for seven years, first as a reservations manager for serviced apartments and then with Benham and Reeves as a lettings administrator which has helped form the ground work for my current role assisting the salesforce. Efficiency is my watch-word and I like to reflect this in all my tasks. I have a keen eye for detail and also enjoy taking on new challenges.

What are your passions outside work for relaxation? I love catching up with family and friends and my other passions are dance and singing in a London choir.
