Harrow is a thriving North West London suburb that is now considered one of the city’s sought after residential areas. Its strategic location on the fringes of Zone 5 belies Harrow's exceptional connectivity, with the Metropolitan Line connecting commuters easily to Baker Street in under 20 minutes. Combined with the bustling Harrow and Wealdstone Station on the London Overground and express mainline routes to Euston, Harrow offers residents seamless links to the heart of London.

Harrow is perhaps renowned for Harrow School, atop the historic Harrow on the Hill. Founded in 1572, this school has educated Winston Churchill to modern icons such as Benedict Cumberbatch. Leafy residential streets fan out from this town’s bustling centre — buyer will find a mix of period homes, spacious family houses and stylish new developments.

Education opportunities are equally vast. With over 30 Outstanding-rated schools, including Whitmore High School, Harrow School, Claremont High and primary schools such as St Anselm’s RC and Belmont Harrow, this town continues to attract families with kids.

You can explore the rolling green spaces of Harrow Weald Common and Stanmore Country Park or the streets of Harrow on the Hill, lined with charming boutiques, cosy cafés and traditional pubs. St Ann’s and St George’s shopping are home to a range of high-street brands, restaurants and entertainment options.

Investors in Harrow will benefit from both value and potential. As a suburban hub with direct links to central London, the demand for quality housing remains strong. Its family appeal, connectivity and excellent residents’ amenities ensure steady rental yields and long-term value growth. If you are looking to settle, Harrow provides the ideal opportunity to put down roots in a welcoming community.

What do you like most about Ealing and surrounding area? I’ve worked in Ealing for a number of years and what I like most is how much greenery there is to enjoy. Sometimes it’s easy to forget you’re even living in London! It is a great place to both live and work, and I look forward to spending many more years here.

Tell me a little about your property career & experience? I have been working in estate agency for over 5 years, it was my first job since coming back to England after my University education. I like to think of myself as a ‘Jack of all Trades’ because I’ve worked in lettings, sales, new homes and auction - all of which has broadened my knowledge of the industry, helping me develop good negotiator skills that achieve the best possible outcomes.

What are your passions outside work and how do you relax? I love all kinds of sport. I have watched and played football my entire life, and I also enjoy boxing, MMA, rugby and athletics. If the weather is nice, you will find me enjoying my weekends with friends in a beer garden watching the footy!
