As the northernmost station on the Northern Line of the Underground, Edgware is surrounded by the leafy areas of Barnet and Harrow, such as Colindale, Mill Hill, Stanmore and Queensbury. To its North lies the county of Hertfordshire, and despite its status as a Zone 5 neighbourhood, you can reach central London in less than 40 minutes.

Drawn by the prospects of finding affordable homes compared to other areas closer to central London, many working professionals and students choose Edgware as it offers a quiet life with many scenic parks and lakes. Edgwarebury Park, Canons Park and Stoneyfields Park are local attractions, along with the nearby Silk Stream that eventually flows into the Brent Reservoir.

Regeneration in the area has seen the addition of several new development schemes including a plan ro add over 3,300 homes and redevelop the famous Broadwalk Shopping Centre. Although Edgware represents an typical suburban town, the main town centre and thoroughfare are always bustling with energy radiated by the multicultural local community residing in the area.

Due to its strategic location between Stanmore and Mill Hill, Edgware residents can access the Northern and Jubilee lines on the London Underground. In addition to the Tube, Edgware is also accessible via the National Rail from nearby Mill Hill Station.

Whether it is a detached home or a stylish new apartment, Edgware presents a range of property options. With our dedicated branch located just a few minutes away in Colindale, we can assist you with all your property needs in this thriving town of Greater London.
