Earl's Court was once known as Kangaroo Valley for its popularity amongst Australian and New Zealand travellers. Today, this area has shed its backpacker image and embraced a more gentrified identity. Positioned between Kensington and Fulham, Earl's Court is now highly sought-after for its prime location, offering quick access to central London and the rest of the capital.

Retaining its historic charm, Earl's Court offers a diverse range of properties, from magnificent Victorian terraces to post-war mansion flats. Many grand homes are now tastefully converted into elegant apartments. Private garden squares, a hallmark of West London living, offer residents peaceful green retreats in the heart of a bustling urban environment. Holland Park is a short stroll away.

On Old Brompton Road, you'll find the iconic Earl's Court Exhibition Centre, which remains a symbol of the neighbourhood's dynamic past despite no longer hosting events. Close to this cultural hub, properties around Warwick Road and Nevern Square are desirable, blending classic London architecture with modern luxuries. Transport is a key advantage here. Earl's Court Station sits on the District and Piccadilly Lines, facilitating a quick journey to central London and Heathrow Airport. With its Overground connection, the nearby West Brompton Station has quick links to Clapham Junction and Stratford.

Where do you currently live? I’m currently living in Battersea, moments from the park.

What do you like most about working in the Kensington area? Like most people who love living in the area, I particularly appreciate the architecture where Georgian villas and Victorian townhouses sit alongside striking mansion blocks and quaint mews. There are also some elegant new-builds and the area is well supported by every conceivable amenity, so it continues to retain its elite status as one of the best addresses in London.

Tell me a little about your property career and interest in it I've worked in the property industry for other top agents for 15 years managing the letting of prime properties in St John's Wood and Hampstead and central London. Every day is different and I really enjoy helping tenants discover the best of what the area has to offer and provide a great service to everyone.

What are your passions outside work and how do you relax? I like keeping fit and have recently taken up running. I'm also into hiking and currently planning my next adventure.
Where do you currently live? Maida Vale, West London.

What do you like most about Kensington and surrounding areas? From stunning new property developments which sit side by side with period town houses, Kensington has it all. It is surprisingly tranquil for such a popular part of central London and has a strong community, a real mix of all cultures and generations.

Tell me a little about your property career & experience? I have worked in property lettings for over three years and I am really enjoying working in Zone 1 prime London.  I have good negotiation skills and am quite sociable so working in lettings is the ideal career for me.

What are your passions outside work and how do you relax? I enjoy socialising and am an avid Manchester United supporter, I also enjoy cricket, so watching matches is a good way for me to unwind.

Tell us a little about your career I have been working within the property industry for 15 plus years, covering several sales sectors with specialism in new build sales. Since joining Benham and Reeves as an  investment consultant, I have progressed to sales manager of new homes and resale properties in residential developments, working closely with our international offices and a growing roll of domestic and international investor clients.

Which is your favourite part of London? London is the city I’ve called home for the past 10 years and there are many lovely areas, but one of my favourites is Southbank. Here you are surrounded by London’s rich architectural history demonstrated beautifully by Tower Bridge and the fantastic River views you get from Blackfriars Bridge which is like no other.

Tell me a little about your property career and interest in it? I began my career studying law but soon realised it was not for me because my passion for real estate couldn’t be ignored. I enjoy working with people and have built up a lot of property sector knowledge which is the backbone of my experience. Buyers and sellers seem to appreciate the personal touch and I think being a good communicator is the key to be a being good real estate agent.
