Regarded as one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in London, Chelsea combines luxury, charm and a vibrant cultural history. This desirable area has beautiful streets, impressive architecture and a lively atmosphere. The demographic of Chelsea includes wealthy professionals, overseas nationals and long-term residents.

The area offers a diverse selection of property, including Georgian townhouses, luxurious Victorian mansions and contemporary riverside apartments. Older homes offer charming terraces and garden squares, while newer properties along the River Thames offer more modern living options. The exclusivity of Chelsea is reflected in its high housing prices, making it a desirable area for high-net-worth individuals and investors.

Residents have access to nearby stations like Sloane Square and South Kensington offering access to the District, Circle, and Piccadilly lines. These connections provide fast and convenient access to the West End, City of London and other areas further afield.

The area is also known for its famous landmarks such as the Saatchi Gallery, the Royal Court Theatre, and the Chelsea Physic Garden. Shoppers can explore King's Road, where high-end boutiques, cafes, and restaurants line the streets.

Whether you're looking for a classic townhouse or a modern apartment by the river, our estate agents in nearby Knightsbridge have the knowledge and skills to help you find your ideal home in Chelsea, even in this competitive market.

Where do you live? I was born in the UK and raised in England and the US. I have  lived in Chelsea for several years.

Tell us about your career? Over the past 25 years, I've been involved in the buying, selling and renting of residential properties and marketing of commercial premises internationally. Earlier in my career, I worked for the NHS, helping to secure hospital re-development funding, and also helped to launch The London Aquarium. I have been with Benham and Reeves since 2009 and am ARLA Propertymark qualified with the NAEA (NFOPP) qualification.

And something interesting about yourself? In 1990 I was named a 'Woman of Tomorrow' finalist by Cosmopolitan Magazine UK and in 1997 was nominated as a 'Woman to Watch' for my role in delivering the £150m London Aquarium. I really enjoy working in property too.
Where do you live? I've lived in Fulham for 25 years.

How long have you worked in property? I worked for a Mayfair estate agency for four and a half years and joined Benham and Reeves in 2011 as a Lettings Administrator at the Hampstead branch then I moved in 2012 to the Highgate branch. I am now a member of ARLA Propertymark.

And an interesting fact about yourself? I speak Arabic which is handy sometimes because there are a lot of buy-to-let investors who appreciate it when I can talk to them in their own language.
Where do you live? I was born and raised in North London.

What do you like most about working in the Highgate & Knightsbridge areas? Both areas are upmarket and offer a lovely mix of period and modern architecture and although Knightsbridge is in central London, it enjoys similarities with Highgate, such as pretty open spaces, amenities and good schools. Both areas are also very family friendly.

Tell me something about your career? My career has previously had more of a marketing focus but I have broader property market experience working as a negotiator and an administrator, both of which help me in my role now.

What are your passions outside work and how do you relax? I am a passionate football supporter and also have a keen interest in the arts, especially the ballet.

Where is your favourite part of London? I was brought up in Islington so would have to choose Angel and surrounding areas such as the City and Shoreditch.

Tell us a little about your career I have been working within the property industry for 15 plus years, covering several sales sectors with specialism in new build sales. Since joining Benham and Reeves as an  investment consultant, I have progressed to sales manager of new homes and resale properties in residential developments, working closely with our international offices and a growing roll of domestic and international investor clients.

Tell us an interesting fact about yourself I love to run and have run half marathons and marathons in the past.
Which is your favourite part of London? London is the city I’ve called home for the past 10 years and there are many lovely areas, but one of my favourites is Southbank. Here you are surrounded by London’s rich architectural history demonstrated beautifully by Tower Bridge and the fantastic River views you get from Blackfriars Bridge which is like no other.

Tell me a little about your property career and interest in it? I began my career studying law but soon realised it was not for me because my passion for real estate couldn’t be ignored. I enjoy working with people and have built up a lot of property sector knowledge which is the backbone of my experience. Buyers and sellers seem to appreciate the personal touch and I think being a good communicator is the key to be a being good real estate agent.

What are your passions outside work and how do you relax? I really enjoy photography and I love to paint, in fact my house is full of my paintings!  I also take part in regular volleyball tournaments, where I have the opportunity to keep fit whilst enjoying a bit of competition.
What is your favourite part of London? Covent Garden for its buzz, the market and stunning architecture, it’s such a hidden gem.

What key skills do you bring to your role at B&R? I have worked in the property industry for seven years, first as a reservations manager for serviced apartments and then with Benham and Reeves as a lettings administrator which has helped form the ground work for my current role assisting the salesforce. Efficiency is my watch-word and I like to reflect this in all my tasks. I have a keen eye for detail and also enjoy taking on new challenges.

What are your passions outside work for relaxation? I love catching up with family and friends and my other passions are dance and singing in a London choir.
