Benham & Reeves is one of London’s oldest property companies (est. 1958) with 21 branches in London and 14 international offices. We are looking to build our presence in Turkey, offering a one stop service to property investors in the country seeking to invest in the UK.

Role requirements

We are looking to hire a Property Sales Negotiator who will be responsible for

  • Day-to-day management of clients – handling calls and email enquiries in a professional manner
  • Managing applicants on database
  • Arranging and conducting virtual viewings with prospective buyers
  • Canvassing for instructions, negotiating deals, liaising with developers, applicants, brokers and solicitors
  • Handling enquiries generated from digital campaigns and providing feedback to the digital team
  • Show initiative and the ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and be an ambassador for Benham & Reeves in Turkey

Skills

The ideal candidate must be highly driven, enthusiastic and show initiative in the workplace

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English – Essential
  • Fluent in Turkish - Essential
  • Previous property sales experience - Essential
  • Knowledge of the UK and UK property – Beneficial but not essential
  • A strong track record in property sales, exceeding targets, maximising revenue and new business generation.
  • Real estate experience in Turkey/Turkish national (lived in Turkey previously)
