We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Property Presenter to join our team, helping us front property, investment and lifestyle videos focusing on the vibrant London property market. This is a unique opportunity for an energetic individual with a passion for property, a keen interest in London, and a natural ability to connect with audiences on camera. You will be working closely with a videographer to create compelling and informative content that showcases the best of London’s property scene.

Key responsibilities

  • On-Camera presentation- Act as the face of the company in investment and lifestyle property videos. Present confidently, without a script, to engage and educate our audience.
  • Filming on location- Travel around various locations in London to capture on-the-ground content, from iconic landmarks to trendy neighbourhoods, showcasing properties and the lifestyle surrounding them.
  • Engaging content creation- Deliver content that resonates with our audience, ensuring videos are engaging, informative, and visually appealing.
  • Representing the brand- Be the face of the company, maintaining a positive and professional image in all public-facing content.

Key requirements

  • Engaging personality- Strong, confident presence on camera with the ability to connect with a wide audience.
  • Comfortable speaking to camera- Ability to speak fluently and naturally without relying on a script.
  • Knowledge of London- Basic understanding of London’s property market
  • Passion for property & lifestyle- A genuine interest in property, investment, and the London lifestyle, with the ability to highlight these aspects in an engaging way.
  • Flexible schedule- Ability to work part-time with flexibility in location and hours.
