Monday – Thursday, 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am- 5.30pm, every other Saturday 9.30am -1pm.
Role description
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business
Person specification:
The successful candidate must possess:
- At least one year experience required for all roles
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- A strong customer focus
- Desire to meet and exceed targets
- Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
- Full UK driving license

Duties of the Junior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Registering applicants
- Matching properties to applicants needs
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating and closing deals (with assistance from Managers initially)
- Listing properties
- Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants
To be considered for the Junior Lettings Negotiator position you will have the following qualities:
- At least one year experience in lettings or sales
- Customer focused
- Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving license essential
