The Buyer finally agree to my price after persuasion by Mr Hasan. However I found the buyer to be extremely overtly careful and ask hundreds of questions about the property including its maintenance and renovation previous ownership etc ++. Again Mr Hasan helped me with the answers and help me resolve all the queries the buyer posted. I have been dealing with estate agents for the past 20 years and I can safely say that this has been the most professional letting agency I have come across so far (and in London that is not easy to find). I highly recommend it due to interactions in the following areas: Viewing process experience: Anna, the letting agent that showed me the property, was outside the property at the agreed meeting time, was very knowledgeable about the property and what the read more neighbouring area had to offer to someone moving there. Letting agent communications: Whether I dealt with the letting agent directly or other members of the Benham & Reeves team, all were professional and crystal clear in their communications and managed my expectations well in terms of what was required in respect of information and timelines to provide it or expect it. Moving day experience: Prior to moving day, Anna explained clearly what the rules were for movers coming to development to help with the move. This made the move straightforward and the letting agent even assisted on the day when the movers arrived early at the property. Contract drafting and signing experience: Although the contract went through a couple of drafting rounds, this was a very straightforward experience due to clear responses to my queries and clear communication on the amendments required to accommodate the wishes of the landlord. Clarity of fees and payments: From the initial deposit to take the property off the market to the funds required to complete the process, it is was always clear to me both specific payments and the overall total amount required to pay to move into the property. Handling of queries and liaising with landlord on my behalf: In respect of requests to fix minor issues in the property these were handled promptly in the pre-contract period and without a need for reminders.

We recently purchased a property with Hasan Doymus, cannot recommend enough. We were introduced to Hasan at the viewing of our new property where he answered all the questions we had, took the time to walk us through the properties history etc. We decided to put an offer in, and Hasan could not have been more accessible and helpful. We were unlucky enough to engage an awful conveyancer/solicitors firm (didn't know how incompetent they were until it was too late in the process!) who would ignore emails, not submit enquiries/submit them late etc. Hasan acted as the go-between for us and the read more seller, and was honestly more instrumental to the sale than either of the solicitor firms. Without him we doubt it would have gone through. He chased leaseholders for documents, solved quick enquiries that had been sat on for months, and acted as a sounded board for our concerns. He went above and beyond. We were first time buyers, and Hasan took the time to explain the entire process and support us with whatever we needed, even though as buyers we were not technically his client. No enquiry was too small, and no task too big for Hasan. If you are lucky enough to get Hasan as your estate agent, he will make what can be a very stressful process as smooth and easy as possible. We would absolutely buy or sell with him again, and could not recommend him highly enough. We hope he is commended for his effort, diligence and integrity. Thank you Hasan!

Taking on an apartment from abroad, so you've never even actually seen the place in person, is a big risk, but Shali especially was really helpful, answered all my questions quickly, very supportive with my stupid questions! The photos and videos of the apartment were actually representative, not manipulated to make it look bigger/better etc, so that was a big relief, the place is as I was hoping, and the process of moving in and getting set up was about as smooth as I think it can read more be anywhere.
