New-build developments in London

New homes

Hammersmith’s many smart, new residential developments are bringing a vibrant, international feel to this residential area in W6 which has seen so much regeneration over the last few years.  Hammersmith Estate Agents Benham & Reeves work with many London professionals – couples and young families - who are looking for a little more space than can be usually found in central London.

Luxury developments such as Fulham Reach - where our sales and lettings branch is based - are popular with investors and homeowners, offering high spec homes, excellent amenities and, thanks to their Zone 2 location, extremely good transport links into central London and the City.  The area is popular with renters which makes it an excellent opportunity for investors in London property.  Many apartments in these new developments have stunning views over the River Thames and there is a lovely path which runs alongside, giving the local area a real feel of the countryside.  Property buyers will also find a good choice of pretty Victorian houses and Georgian terraced homes for those who prefer period elegance.

Our Fulham Reach branch handles both residential sales and lettings throughout Hammersmith and we also offer a comprehensive property management service to investors who own rental properties in the area’s many residential developments.

If you would like to find out more about renting, selling or buying property in Hammersmith, call our sales team or view our Hammersmith area guide to find out more about the area.
